On January 19, Zhongfu Lianzhong held the 2019 assessment and appraisal meeting for the responsibility system of Party construction and the work of Party Construction by the Secretary of the party organization. A total of 51 members of the company's Party committee, discipline inspection committee, branch secretary, branch members and party representatives attended the meeting. The 14 party organization secretaries affiliated to Zoomlion carried out on-the-spot report on the construction of branch and group, basic work of Party construction, propaganda and ideological work of the party, management of Party members, innovation of "party construction +" working mode, work of the united front and group work of the party, as well as existing problems and working ideas in 2020.
Qiao Guanghui affirmed the party construction work done by the Secretary of the party organization in 2019 from three aspects: strengthening the party's political construction, implementing the major decisions made by the higher authorities, giving full play to the role of the Party branch as a Battle Fortress, focusing on the "three foundation construction" and publicizing the work of the group, and pointed out two aspects: the implementation of the "one account" concept of the party construction and operation, the construction of the party's style and clean government and the anti-corruption work Deficiencies.
In response to how to carry out the next step, Qiao Guanghui put forward five requirements: first, to strengthen the party's political construction, study and implement the socialist ideology of China with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and combine learning with the theme of "never forget the original mind and remember the mission", further enhance the "Four Consciousnesses", strengthen the "four confidence" and achieve "two maintenance" in Xi Jinping's new era. The second is to further implement the responsibility system of Party construction. In accordance with the requirements of Party branch standardization, we will vigorously promote the standardization of branch setting, the normalization of organization and life, the refinement of management and service, the systematization of work system, and the standardization of operation guarantee, pay close attention to the work of Party branch, and truly play the role of fighting fortress of Party branch. Third, we should do a good job in the in-depth integration of Party construction and production and operation, achieve two-hand grasping, two-hand hard work and two promotion, organically combine party construction with governance and management, enterprise culture, safety and environmental protection culture and honest practice, and promote the integration of "four modernizations". Fourth, we will implement the work of building a clean and honest government, continue to consolidate the "two responsibilities" and deepen the "three transformations" work. Fifth, polish the top ten party construction brands of the "six projects". All Party branches should innovate their working methods in combination with the actual situation, do a good job in the establishment of "five good party branches" and "vanguard posts of Party members", and constantly enrich the connotation of Party Construction brands.
