LZ Blades had the LZ62-5.0 offshore blades matched for one of its overseas customers successfully delivered and set sail from Lianyungang Port on April 9th. The blades are its first batch of offshore blades delivered this year and also the fourth batch of blades sold to overseas customers of the year.
LZ Blades has been devoted to the design, development, manufacture, test and service for offshore blades since 2008 and successfully became the offshore blades provider for China’s first 100MW offshore wind power project in 2009.
By undertaking the construction of key laboratory for offshore wind turbine blade design and manufacturing technology of Jiangsu Province, LZ Blades has devoted itself to the common technology study of rotor blade industry and its capability improvement like blade aerodynamic and structural design, forming processes, blade inspections and tests. What’s more, it has achieved great successes for the past few years and has successively provided blades for a number of offshore wind power projects namely Shanghai East Sea Bridge Project, Shanghai Lingang Project, Jiangsu Rudong Project, Fujian Pinghai Bay, Fujian Xinghua Bay, and etc. A variety of its offshore blades like LZ68.25-6.X and LZ62-5.0 have been exported to Europe and Japan, and its accumulated installation capacity of the offshore blades sold have reached 1,000MW.
As a leading offshore blade design and manufacture enterprise, LZ Blades carries out its offshore and overseas development strategy positively and steadfastly by continuously improving its capacity and comprehensive abilities. For the purpose of this, it has completed the construction of Lianyungang facility Ⅱ, the factory of which specializes in blades manufacturing for offshore projects and overseas customers. Besides, it has built the 12MW full blade structure test bench to further improve its capability in servicing offshore and overseas wind power market.
